SHIPPING POLICY
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2-4 working days, and delivery confirmed by way of an email containing the relevant waybill number. Delivery within South Africa can be expected within 3 to 4 days. However, this is subject to possible delays beyond our control as our courier services are outsourced.
The offering on this website is available at the moment only to South African clients.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
The provision of goods by Grounded Teas is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, we will refund the client in full within 2-4 working days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.
